THE FOUR-WEEK CHALLENGE

OVERVIEW

The 4-week challenge is designed to provide you with a system with which, by committing, you will increase your chances of success immensely.

THE PROCESS

By completing this form (below) you commit and promise yourself that if you don’t go to the gym  and workout hard, three times a week for the next 4 weeks, you will give £25 to one person you dislike, each time you miss a workout. (the person delegated to receive the money must be the only candidate throughout the 4 weeks).

COMMITMENT

 

You must be honest with yourself in as much as if you fail to follow the system you will be held accountable to your own conscience.

THE RESULTS

Should you complete the challenge without forfeiting, you will prove to yourself that you are truly in control of your own mind. But even if you do forfeit you will realise that too.

WARNING

Do not enter into this challenge without true conviction and commitment.

FINALLY

I will be with you, every step of the way, to support you and checking in with you from time-to-time.
